Tree cultivation is done mechanically, without the use of plant protection products or other dangerous chemical preparations, respecting our high quality product and the environment.

The annual cultivation period includes the following seasonal tasks:

- December to February: pruning

- May: green pruning (rising)

- June: fig fertilization

- July to November: harvest

Intermediate 3-4 times a year cutting grass and milling
